Editing photos 03

I am using Photoshop Elements.

Icon tutorial? Or something?

I will be using this picture. Tom Delonge, Angels and Airwaves.
You can copy the image, or use one of your own image

1. First, Duplicate the background layer or base picture, Set that at Soft light at 100% Opacity.

2. Now make a new layer and fill it with #E9D81C, Set that at lighten at 17% opacity.

3. Make another new layer and fill it with #1C9EE9, Set that at colour at 35% opacity.

4. Make one more layer, Fill it with #1C34E9, Set that at lighten at 47% opacity.

5. Now, duplicate the very first layer and bring it to the top. Set that layer at multiply at 100%

6. Now go to Enhance >> Adjust Brightness/Contrast >> Brightness/Contrast. You can experiment here, but I've chosen to go with:
Brightness: +56 && Contrast:: +37.

7. Now on the same layer, Go to Enhance >> Adjust Lighting >> Adjust backlighting..
A little window pops up, set that scale to +37.

8. Now duplicate the base layer again, bring it to the top. Set that at Multiply.

9. Now duplicate the base layer for the last time and bring it to the top.

10. Go to Filter >> Blur >> Motion Blur. Set your settings similar to mine.
Angle : 0 degrees. Distance: 71 pixels.
Now, set that layer to Linear Dodge at 49% opacity.

And pooooooof, your done.
