About Fanlistings
The Fanlistings.org defines it as "A fanlisting is a web clique that lists fans of a particular subject. Unlike most web cliques, a person does not need a web site in order to join. Fans from around the world submit their information to their approved fanlisting and they are then listed to show their love for the subject."
Glory Offical Soundtrack
Composed by James Horner (who eventually went on to compose for movies such as Titanic, Troy, The Mask Of Zorro, A Beautiful Mind, and Apollo 13), this soundtrack is for the amazing 1989 movie Glory, starring Matthew Broderick (Ferris Bueller's Day Off, The Lion King, The Producers) as Colonel Robert Gould Shaw and with supporting actors such as Cary Elwes (The Princess Bride, Ella Enchanted), Morgan Freeman (The Shawshank Redemption, Driving Miss Daisy), and Denzel Washington (Malcolm X, Remember the Titans). The story tells about the rise and struggles of the 54th Massachusetts Infantry (the first true African American regiment) in the American Civil War. Despite the age, the acting in the movie is amazing and the music paired eeringly well, from the hopeful drumming during the earlier parts of the movie to the somber lament at the end by the Harlem Boys Choir. Many people believe it is the Glory soundtrack that elevated James Horner to fame, and many still believe that is it the best soundtrack he had ever written. If you have never heard the soundtrack, you're missing out!
